Time is an irreversible process. Many people have came up with theories stating how time and dimension can be altered. Some talk about speed of light causing time travelling others talk about the dark matter trilogy.
Today is my 18th birthday. When I was a kid age around 8-10, I felt that it would take forever to turn 18 or to become an adult. Recently, I learnt how old I have became. Some nights, I wake up for no reason and just ponder on how age has caught up with me. I am no longer a child anymore. As we grow up, we learn responsibilities. If time can be altered, these things will not be natural. Although I hate the fact about growing up, however I have to admit I have learnt a lot more regarding life and also experiencing life for both the good and the bad.
Many at times, children wish they grew up fast whereas for adults they wished they grew younger. Man doesn’t seem to be satisfied do they? Or maybe its because as they grow up they learn how blessed it is to be a child. Children watch what you wish for. One movie that I recommend is “wait till your Older” starring Andy Lau. The tale depicts a sad story of how a child really got his wish about growing up faster within days. Unfortunately he learns that time is an irreversible process and he falls upon his death bed within weeks.
As a Christian, I am aware that I have fallen back for a long time. Hopefully in time to come I would go to church and grow up spiritually too.
